Scientell worked with COSPPac staff to develop a suite of communication products showcasing the program’s impact across 15 Pacific island countries and its 5 key deliverables.
Client: Climate and Oceans Support Program in the Pacific (COSPPac)
Audience: Pacific governments and communities, National Meteorological and Hydrological Services, Australian Government stakeholders, development partners and other organisations involved in climate and ocean resilience across the Pacific.

Description
COSPPac supports Pacific National Meteorological and Hydrological Services to strengthen climate and ocean information services. The program provides governments, communities and industries with information to better understand and respond to climate and ocean variability.
Scientell worked with COSPPac to communicate the program’s impact at country and regional levels. Using a diverse range of source material, including annual progress reports, videos, existing communication materials and other program documentation, we identified the strongest examples, outcomes and stories demonstrating what COSPPac has enabled and empowered across the Pacific.
We used this evidence to write and design 15 brochures highlighting COSPPac’s impact in each Pacific island country, as well as 5 brochures showcasing the program’s key deliverables: infrastructure, products and services, communication, capacity development and governance. We also developed a program overview brochure and visual program poster that brought together COSPPac’s objectives, achievements and impacts into accessible, engaging formats.
Country-specific stories, quotes, stakeholder perspectives, imagery, statistics and bespoke infographics made COSPPac’s impacts tangible and accessible, while ensuring the products were visually engaging, culturally appropriate and accessible for diverse audiences.
